Ingrid Constantine, CEO
Ms. Constantine is the CEO of CoSolutions, Inc. and has primary responsibility for shaping the strategic direction of the Company which includes overseeing revenue growth and retention and overall business development initiatives for the Company. Ms. Constantine has over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise working for such companies as Manugistics, Inc., Federal Express, and Peregrine Systems, Inc. She has worked with publicly traded and pre-IPO companies such as Freddie Mac, Dollar Tree Stores, Micros Systems, Inc., and Allied Capital Corp. to consult and advise them on investor relations and corporate communication strategies.
CoSolutions' growth and success has been fueled by Ms. Constantine’s ability to develop strategic marketing and sales plans, programs and initiatives, ensuring that they are carried out successfully and monitored regularly and through fostering a marketing/business development/account management mindset organization-wide. In addition, Ms. Constantine oversees and has responsibility for partner development activities for CoSolutions and has successfully developed a cadre of high quality and trusted strategic partner/prime/subcontractor relationships for the Company that has resulted in new contract awards, increased revenue and positive corporate exposure.

Walter Constantine, President and Founder
As President and Founder of CoSolutions, Inc. since 1998, Mr. Constantine has primary oversight responsibility for the Company's overall company operations and infrastructure, project and contract management and the strategic technology direction for the Company. Mr. Constantine has over 20 years of proven contract management, executive management, and program/project management experience, all within the IT and consulting services sectors for both government and commercial clients.
In his role as Operations Chief of CoSolutions, Mr. Constantine has demonstrated success growing and managing a multi-faceted IT consulting company through his day-to-day operational management of CoSolutions. He has developed and executed operational strategies to promote organizational growth and optimal utilization of emerging technologies.
Mr. Constantine has a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of New Brunswick in Canada and an M.S. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
