Overview

To meet Seapower 21 objectives and to increase efficiency, the NAVSEA Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle, using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence and reduce cycle time.

Quality Assurance Program

CoSolutions’ ability to monitor and maximize quality is rooted in our proven methodology for quality planning, quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). For each SeaPort-e task order, we will develop a Task Order Quality Control Plan (TO QCP) including specific performance standards and applicable IDIQ-level quality requirements to ensure comprehensive oversight. Our QA Manager and assigned QC personnel will work closely with our TO Leads during the planning stage, and then will independently monitor adherence to the TO QCP. Our approach focuses on defining specific quality roles and responsibilities for our QA Manager, QC personnel, and TO Leads.

CoSolutions’ QA/QC organization will provide quality planning, monitoring, and contract reporting throughout the lifecycle of each task order.

Training Support

This functional area consists of applying the business, financial management, and technical disciplines required to support planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading team efforts in managing acquisition programs such that the result places a capable and supportable system in the hands of the warfighter when and where it is needed, and does so at an affordable price. This functional area represents an integration of a complex system of differing but related functional disciplines that must work together to achieve program goals through development, production, deployment, operations, support, and disposal.
