CoSolutions Wins Subcontract for DoS INRISS

CoSolutions, as a subcontractor to New River Systems, was awarded a DIA E-SITE Task Order to provide Department of State with Intelligence and Research Information Support System (INRISS) Support Services that will provide the full range of IT core support services necessary to effectively support the DoS INR mission with secure, reliable, and efficient IT capabilities and services.  IT core support services include network and systems administration support, service desk/user support, IT security support services consistent with DoS and the IC security requirements, applications support services, and transition/integration support services for new IT capabilities introduced into the INRISS.

CoSolutions Wins Subcontract on SAF CDM A&T Services MAC Vehicle

CoSolutions, as a subcontractor to Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII)was selected to support the Secretary of the Air Force, Administrative Assistant’s Concepts, Development and Management Office (SAF/CDM) multiple award IDIQ contract.  HII was one of eight companies awarded a contract to provide broad analytical and technical services to the U.S. Air Force in areas such as network architecture and cybersecurity.


CoSolutions Awarded Subcontractor by Mission Essential Personnel (MEP) for DIA Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 IDIQ Award

CoSolutions has been selected to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 (SIA 3) program as a subcontractor to Mission Essential Personnel (MEP).  DIA announced 16 awards for this competitively-awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5 base year and potential 5 year option and a total contract ceiling of $17.1 billion. This program will provide military intelligence support for national security policymakers, defense planners and warfighters.


CoSolutions Wins Prime Follow-on: EUCOM J2 Intelligence Training Activity

CoSolutions received a competitively awarded prime task order award from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for Intelligence Information Support Systems Training for the U.S. European Command.  CoSolutions will provide Instructors to teach and facilitate intelligence training in analytic methodology and tradecraft, intelligence information support systems, and functional area studies, via a variety of synchronous and asynchronous eLearning and distance learning techniques, as well as administrative support for coordination and notification for all courses.


CoSolutions Joins Army RS2 Team

CoSolutions joins People, Technology, and Processes, LLC (PTP) in their pursuit of task orders under the Army Materiel Command (AMC), Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) IDIQ vehicle with a 5-year base and one 5-year option and a potential $37.4 billion value.  Task orders under this vehicle are to provide Rapid Response (R2) services to support critical systems requirements for the Command and Control (C2) Systems Integration Directorate (C2SID).


CoSolutions Wins Prime Contract Vehicle: Navy SeaPort-NxG

CoSolutions was awarded a prime Department of the Navy SeaPort-Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) IDIQ contract.  Seaport-NxG has a 10-year period of performance and a $10 billion ceiling value to provide engineering, technical, and programmatic support services across the Navy’s mission.


CoSolutions Wins Subcontract Vehicle: Navy CME

CoSolutions, as a member of Northrop Grumman’s Team, was awarded one of ten 5-year Cyber Mission Engineering Support IDIQ contracts with a ceiling value of $962M to provide cyber mission engineering and information warfare support services across air, ground, maritime, cyber and space domains.


Additional Zones Added to CoSolutions Seaport-e IDIQ

CoSolutions’ Navy Seaport-e prime contract was modified to add the following new Zones: 1, 5, 6 and 7. CoSolutions’ Seaport-e contract now covers all geographic zones 1-7 allowing the Company the ability to support a broader customer set based on the Company’s extensive Navy, DoD and Military Intel past performance areas of IT, help desk, network operations, cybersecurity, program management and training support, and visual information/multimedia/engineering services among other domain areas. CoSolutions Wins Subcontract on Army ITES-3S IDIQ Vehicle

CoSolutions, as a subcontractor to Intelligent Waves (IW), to support the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise Solutions—3 Services (ITES-3S) multiple award IDIQ contract which has a base period of five years and four 1-year options and a potential value of $12.1 billion.  CoSolutions will support IW’s pursuit of task orders to support the full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide.


CoSolutions to Provide Help Desk / VTC Support to Navy’s Fleet Cyber Command

CoSolutions, as Managing Partner of its Joint Venture, is pleased to announce award of a Help Desk and Video Teleconference (VTC) Support Services contract by the Navy’s Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. Tenth (10th) Fleet (FCC/C10F). Our Help Desk services support desktops, laptops, and VTC / Multi-Media resources for approximately 350 users via the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Groundbreaker Programs. FCC serves as the Navy component command to U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Cyber Command. C10F, the operational arm of FCC, provides support of Navy and joint missions in cyber / networks, cryptologic / signals intelligence and space.


CoSolutions to Provide Help Desk Support Services to Office of the Special Counsel

CoSolutions was awarded a 5-year prime contract to perform Help Desk Support Services for the US Office of Special Counsel (OSC). OSC’s primary mission is to promote accountability, integrity, and fairness in the Federal workplace by protecting employees and applicants against Prohibited Personnel Practices (PPPs), particularly from reprisal for whistle blowing. (5 U.S.C. 2302). CoSolutions personnel will assist the Government in maintaining, managing, and operating OSC end-user Help Desk services.
