CoSolutions, as a member of the GDIT team, was awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontract to support the consolidation of all Navy Tier 1 IT help desks and transition them to a single managed service. CoSolutions will support GDIT’s delivery of a Service Desk as a Service (SDaaS) using a knowledge-based solution, employing artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing.
