        • Knowledge of the U. S. Navy’s Pay and Personnel, Logistics, and/or Education/Training policies and the use of systems such as NSIPS, CMD, CMS, NROWS, MRRS, GCSS, MNP, etc.
        • Help Desk Institute (HDI) Customer Support Representative certification desired. Not required to start but will be required within 6 months of start.
        • Deep respect for the Navy mission and a strong desire to support our worldwide Navy/USMC/USCG personnel to improve sailor/soldier readiness and Quality of Life.
        • Prior experience with Remedy ITSM or Helix a plus.
