For the second year in a row, CoSolutions is proud to be recognized by the state of Virginia’s Chamber of Commerce as a 2020 Virginia Fantastic 50 company. The list of the 50 fastest growing Virginia companies was announced on May 1. CoSolutions, for 2020, was ranked #12 up from #31 in 2019. “We are immensely proud to be recognized, two years in a row, by the Virginia Chamber for our growth trajectory,” said CEO Ingrid Constantine. “We couldn’t have done it without the hard work, dedication and commitment of each and every employee pulling together as one – for that, we are grateful.”

CoSolutions Wins SubContract Vehicle: DIA FLARES
CoSolutions, as the SBA approved All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP) Mentor to LBO Technology (an 8(a), HubZone Small Business), was awarded a DIA Facility, Logistics, Administrative, Readiness, Engagement and Security (FLARES) IDIQ subcontract. FLARES has a 10-year period of performance and a $99 million ceiling value to supply DIA’s Directorate for Science and Technology (S&T) with project management, administrative, executive, communications, transportation and logistics, readiness/deployment, security management, facility management, and engagement services to support their mission to develop and deliver leading edge scientific and technical capabilities; lead and prioritize S&T enterprise programs that enhance analysis, collection, operations and acquisition activities to prevent strategic surprise.
CoSolutions Wins SubContract Vehicle: DIA DORE2
CoSolutions, as a member of Northrop Grumman’s Team, was awarded one of seven 5-year DIA Data Science, Operations, Requirements, Exploitation and Engineering (DORE2) IDIQ contracts with a $990M ceiling value for professional services to the DIA’s Directorate for Science & Technology (S&T). This award continues our strong and lasting partnership with Northrop Grumman.
CoSolutions Wins SubContract Vehicle: Navy’s NGEN-R SMIT
CoSolutions, as a member of the Leidos Team, was awarded the Navy’s Next Generation Enterprise Network-Recompete Service Management Integration and Transport (NGEN-R SMIT) IDIQ contract. NGEN-R SMIT is a single-award contract with an 8-year period of performance and a $7.7 billion ceiling value for services to maintain and modernize the main global network of the Navy and Marine Corps. CoSolutions’ initial focuses will be in support of bases in the Central U.S. and Japan.

CoSolutions Wins Prime Contract: DIA RJITF Training
CoSolutions received a competitively awarded prime task order award under GSA 8(a) STARS II from the Defense Intelligence Agency for Intelligence Information Support Systems Training for the U.S. European Command Regional Joint Intelligence Training Facility (RJITF). This 5-year, $10.0M task will provide Instructors to teach and facilitate intelligence training in analytic methodology and tradecraft, intelligence information support systems, and functional area studies, via a variety of synchronous and asynchronous eLearning and distance learning techniques, as well as administrative support for coordination and notification for all courses.
CoSolutions Wins Prime Contract Vehicle: Navy SeaPort-NxG
CoSolutions was awarded a prime Department of the Navy SeaPort-Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) IDIQ contract. Seaport-NxG has a 10-year period of performance and a $10 billion ceiling value to provide engineering, technical, and programmatic support services across the Navy’s mission.
CoSolutions Wins SubContract Vehicle: Navy CME
CoSolutions, as a member of Northrop Grumman’s Team, was awarded one of ten 5-year Cyber Mission Engineering Support IDIQ contracts with a ceiling value of $962M to provide cyber mission engineering and information warfare support services across air, ground, maritime, cyber and space domains.
Additional Zones Added to CoSolutions Seaport-e IDIQ
CoSolutions’ Navy Seaport-e prime contract was modified to add the following new Zones: 1, 5, 6 and 7. CoSolutions’ Seaport-e contract now covers all geographic zones 1-7 allowing the Company the ability to support a broader customer set based on the Company’s extensive Navy, DoD and Military Intel past performance areas of IT, help desk, network operations, cybersecurity, program management and training support, and visual information/multimedia/engineering services among other domain areas. CoSolutions to Provide Help Desk / VTC Support to Navy’s Fleet Cyber Command
CoSolutions, as Managing Partner of its Joint Venture, is pleased to announce award of a Help Desk and Video Teleconference (VTC) Support Services contract by the Navy’s Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. Tenth (10th) Fleet (FCC/C10F). Our Help Desk services support desktops, laptops, and VTC / Multi-Media resources for approximately 350 users via the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Groundbreaker Programs. FCC serves as the Navy component command to U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Cyber Command. C10F, the operational arm of FCC, provides support of Navy and joint missions in cyber / networks, cryptologic / signals intelligence and space.
